SEDC conducted a design review and value engineering analysis for the Proposed Office Building at Kirimandala Mawatha, Colombo 05, intended for the Regional Support Centre (Western Central) Colombo South Office of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board. The review focused on optimizing the design to maximize functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and sustainability principles.
